Same-Day Flower Delivery Nationwide
Need to send a last-minute gift? We’ve got you covered. In most regions across the USA and Canada, same-day flower delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM in the recipient’s time zone.

Weekend Flower Delivery

Saturday & Sunday Delivery: Available in most metropolitan areas for orders placed by 11:00 AM in the recipient’s time zone.

Sunday Availability Notice: Because many local florists are closed on Sundays, Sunday delivery cannot be guaranteed. If Sunday is unavailable, your arrangement will be scheduled for Saturday or Monday delivery.
Standard Floral Delivery Times
Our local florists deliver during normal business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). While you may request an AM or PM delivery window, we cannot guarantee a specific time or hourly range. During peak holiday seasons—including Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas—specific delivery times cannot be accommodated due to high volume. During these holidays, deliveries may be made as late as 5:00 PM.
Tracking & Order Status
Consider your order delivered on your requested date. If our local florists encounter any difficulties with your order or address, we will contact you immediately via phone and/or email.
Non-Delivery & Refund Policy
If an order is reported as not delivered, we will contact the fulfilling florist immediately to investigate.

Redelivery Attempts: We reserve the right to attempt a redelivery if the recipient is not home or if no neighbor is available to accept the package on their behalf.

Guaranteed Satisfaction: If it is determined that the florist failed to make a delivery attempt, The Flower Factory will gladly issue a full refund.
Gift Basket Shipping via UPS, FedEx, & Third-Party Carriers
Our specialty curated gift baskets are shipped via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and are only available for delivery within the United States.

Address Accuracy: Please include apartment, unit, suite, or room numbers when ordering. Shipments to colleges and universities may require additional processing time.

Address Changes: Modifying the delivery address after the order has shipped will incur a $10.00 redirection fee.

No Signature Required: Carriers may leave the package in a safe location if the recipient is not home. Orders may arrive on or before your selected delivery date.

Business Deliveries: If a business is closed or not accepting packages, delivery will be re-attempted the following business day.
Alcohol Gift Basket Delivery Policies
The Flower Factory offers premium wine and beer gift baskets. By purchasing alcohol on our website, you affirm that you and the recipient are at least 21 years of age. All alcohol purchased is intended for personal consumption and not for resale.

Adult Signature Required: An adult (21+) must sign for the package upon delivery. We highly recommend shipping alcohol gifts to a business address to ensure a successful delivery.

Returned Shipments: If a package is returned due to the lack of an adult signature, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping and reshipping fees.

State Shipping Restrictions: Due to strict state regulations, alcohol-based gifts CANNOT be shipped to: AR, DE, ME, MI, MS, NJ, PR, UT.

Changing Laws: Compliance laws change frequently. If you place an order for a restricted state, our system may accept it initially, but our team will verify it within one business day. We will contact you via email or phone if we cannot legally ship to your location.

Title and Ownership: Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from The Flower Factory to the purchaser at our warehouse facility. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for shipping the wine to their home state and represents compliance with all local laws, permits, and fees.*

Cancellation Policy
If your floral bouquet or specialty gift is already out for delivery or has been delivered, the order cannot be canceled. For same-day delivery cancellations, please contact customer service immediately to check the live status of your order.
Floral & Gift Substitution Policy
To ensure your gift arrives fresh and on time, substitutions of equal or greater value may be necessary. We take the utmost care to ensure the look, theme, and color palette match your original choice.

Assorted Flowers: We prioritize the color scheme shown online, substituting similar flower varieties of equal or greater value if necessary.

Single-Variety Arrangements (e.g., All Roses or All Lilies): We will match the specific flower type but may substitute the color if the original is unavailable.

Plants & Containers: If the specific plant (such as an orchid color) or the exact glass/ceramic container is unavailable, a high-quality, stylistically similar alternative of equal or greater value will be used.
